Order Processing & Shipping
•Each item is handmade with care. Processing times are typically 5-7 business days before shipment. However, we strive to complete your order as quickly as possible.
• Most orders will ship within 24-36 hours after payment has been received and processing is complete.
•Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Refunds
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
• Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Lost Packages
• We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Once the package has left our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
• If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping provider. We recommend taking photos of the damaged package and contacting them directly for assistance.
